I'm 61 YO. Next month I'm turning 31. That's right 31. Numbers at time can be misleading. So you won't find me in a rocking chair. Well, I will be rockin, just not in a chair. No broken bones, I still have all my teeth as I have never even had a cavity or needed a tooth pulled. I'm a physical man so please don't be fooled. I have worked hard all my life building bridges, skyscrapers chemical plants. So if your asking do or did I workout. The answer is yes I did 5 sometimes 7 days a week 8 hours aday. Will we play games W/each other? Well absolutely, that has also been an additive that keeps me young. But will we play mind games. Again... Absolutely. I play mind games as long as it takes me to walk you to the exit door. I'm a self proclaimed "Peace Seeker". So if that is a quality you also enjoy come seek peace w/me. If not.
